Recent Cases

Moriah War Memorial College Association v Augustine Robert Nosti [2020] NSWSC 942. The first defendant was a financial controller of the plaintiff school and fraudulently diverted tax refunds totalling $7,337,282 owed to the school into his personal bank accounts, some of which were in the name of his wife, the second defendant. Dormer Stanhope acted for the second defendant.
